SpaceflightNow is showing that the next PSLV will launch the SRE-2. Any info on this?
In the recently published ISRO annual report for 2009-2010, SRE-2 is planned (in the mission profile diagram dated March 26) for launch in fiscal 2012-13 (i.e. April 2012 to March 2013)

After GSLV MK 3, is there a MK 4 on the design board, maybe something to lift 10 tones to GTO?

I think they lost the rocket/payload
It happened very soon after the indigenously-powered upper stage ignited

I suppose that all the GSLV launches will be pushed by at least a year while they have another developmental flight?

During the webcast, and after the launch failure, it was said that the next GSLV would be launch within a year from now. I supose that they were refering to the MkII.

http://www.thehindu.com/2010/04/16/stories/2010041663071400.htmThe failure of the GSLV-D3 mission on Thursday will not have an impact on the Chandrayaan-2 mission scheduled for 2013
The next GSLV flight would take place in September this year but it would use a Russian cryogenic engine. It would put into the orbit a communication satellite named GSAT-5B. Another GSLV flight, also powered by a Russian cryogenic engine, would put GSAT-6 into the orbit.
Meanwhile, a core-alone Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) of the ISRO is scheduled to lift off from the first launch pad at Sriharikota between May 8 and 10. It has already been fully integrated at the first launch pad. It will put Cartosat-2B, an Algerian satellite, two nano satellites from the Norwegian defence establishment and Switzerland, and a Studsat into the orbit.
AISsat and Tlsat-1 launched in May.

But this whole article seems full of unbelievable statements. Does ISRO really have spare Russian engines?
