According to news given by RIA Novosti, YouthSat will be launched either in the end of 2008 or in early 2009. Launch vehicle is written as GSLV. Article also informs that there will be other spacecrafts on the same mission.

these are to be launched as piggyback payloads with a larger main payload, not on an individual PSLV rocket. (see

The "Nanyang Technological University satellite" is the X-Sat already in the listing.

According to Novosti kosmonavtiki the launch of Youth Sat is delayed to the second quarter of 2009, because it is not the the primary payload. And these, it wasn´t said which, will be launched in this timeframe.

Do you know of other sats to be launched with Oceansat-2?
Sat-ND reported that Israel was going to launch a micro-sat in the upcoming PSLV launch. Not too sure what the name of the sat is though

that israeli sat is insat-1 (just browsed on web....)
there seems to be no SRE-2 in the upcoming PSLV launch and the launch also looks slated for MARCH-APRIL(sources)

There is no mention of GSAT series and by 2012 there will be GSAT-15
And also IRNSS
And after 2010 many will be launched on Mk-III

That's why we have the forum, for people to give us notice of any schedule updates. I can tell you that sometimes it's more dificult to put togheter the schedule for the Indian launches than the schedule for the Chinese launches.
From the ISRO planning, how many of those missions were already delayed? Also, I think that at present there are no plans to launch GLONASS sats from Indian launchers.
The plan is from 2006, is there any updates about it?
