What's disappointing is that there is no GSLV Mark 3 launch this year( of a communication satellite), apart from the end of year Gaganyaan uncrewed mission. Before, they had mentioned at least one GSLV Mk 3 launch by mid 2021.

There would have been if the satellites mass was strictly kept constrained to the launchers deliverable mass to orbit.

In the launch schedule for 2021, "Vikram" by the private sector company Skyroot Aerospace should be included. They want to launch it by year end.

India's Geo Imaging Satellite GISAT-1 launch further delayed
India TV News Desk | May 12, 2021 12:28 IST

Further, with the demand for oxygen shooting up from the hospitals to save Covid-19 patients, the Indian space agency's rocket may not be getting oxygen to power itself for some time to come thereby delaying its space missions.
The ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC) at Mahendragiri in Tamil Nadu is supplying oxygen to hospitals to save Covid-19 patients.
The satellite and the rocket (Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle - F10 (GSLV-F10) are ready at the rocket launch centre in Sriharikota.

Cabinet approves Rs 3,000 crore GSLV phase-4 programme for 5 launches
Surendra Singh | TNN | Updated: Apr 15, 2019, 19:31 IST
...
A series of advanced satellites Gsat-20, Gsat-30 and Gsat-32 , which will boost communication capabilites of the country, will also be launched by early next year. While Gsat-20 and Gsat-30, a replacement of Insat-4A, will be sent to space from French Guiana, Gsat-32 will be launched from Sriharikota.
Follow-up cross-post on
GSAT-24 and
GSAT-20; quoted article dated February 18; would be NET 2022:
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/space-psu-nsil-to-launch-sat-for-tatasky/articleshow/81081943.cms
GSAT-24 will be a 4.1 tonne communication satellite that will put into space 24 Ku-band transponders to be used for DTH services. “The satellite’s cost is Rs 400 crore and NSIL will be launching it through Arianespace. The launch is expected to happen sometime in September,” Sivan said.
The PSU is also negotiating to acquire GSAT-20, a high-throughput satellite, which will also be launched commercially. “Aside from GSAT-20, DishTV has held preliminary talks with NSIL for another satellite,” Sivan added.
A different pair of satellites have been assigned to the Ariane 5 launch in September; the earliest launch opportunity would be a hypothetical VA257, still paired with
Eutelsat Hotbird 13F. This launch would go after
JWST in mid-November 2021; the earliest would be NET mid-December 2021.
SFN Launch Schedule, updated June 18
SES 17 and Syracuse 4A = VA255
Launch in late September 2021

That's disconcerting about the GSLV Gisat-1 launch delay, if accurate. So now, it is pushed back to the end of the year, or early 2022?
