ISRO Chief hints that Chandrayaan-II could be delayed a bit, with GSLV MkIII D2 happening prior to that.
http://www.thehindu.com/sci-tech/science/isro-needs-4-years-to-catch-up-with-satellite-demand-dr-sivan/article22651083.eceAs a part of the three-year short-term action plan, immediate missions that we plan to do this year are the GSLV-F08 that will launch the GSAT-6A communication satellite [around February]. Then we will have a PSLV mission with navigation satellite IRNSS-1I. Then comes the second developmental flight D2 of GSLV-MkIII. It will launch the high throughput satellite GSAT-29. Later, GSAT-11, which will be our heaviest satellite as of now, will be launched from Kourou. The Chandrayaan-2 mission will be launched this year on another GSLV.

GSAT-6A, launching on GSLV Mk. II, SLP
Launch is set for 24th March. GS1 (1st stage) and GS2 (2nd stage) integration have been completed. Cryogenic upper stage has been shipped to launch site and GSAT-6A is fully assembled undergoing final stages of testing.

report from twitter on 29 march
GSAT-20, launching on GSLV Mk. III, also from SLP
Launch is targeted for May.
The 5,725-kg satellite, which will carry 40 transponders in the Ku-band and Kaband frequencies, is capable of “providing high bandwidth connectivity” with up to 14 gigabit per second (gbps) data transfer speed. “We will launch Gsat-11 from the European spaceport as it’s a fivetonne satellite. Around the same time in May, Isro will launch Gsat-29 through our GSLV Mk III rocket from Sriharikota. We also plan to launch Gsat-20 from India by next year,” the Isro chief said.

I think that this means that
Chandrayaan-2 won't launch from the SLP until AFTER these two flights? Notwithstanding any delays internal to the
Chandrayaan-2 program?
Do the
GSAT-6A and
GSAT-20 launches have the priority?
Chandrayaan-II likely delayed to October
India’s second mission to the moon, Chandrayaan-2, is likely to be launched only in October. Further delays cannot be ruled out if systems are not yet in place by then.
An Isro official told TOIseveral tests have to be done and arrangements need to be made.
The original plan envisaged the launch between April and November with the real target focussed for April. Top Isro officials had expressed confidence that the takeoff will happen in April.
But on Friday, it was stated the lunar mission was not yet ready for an April lift-off and much still needs to be done.

From what i know GSLV MK-3 with GSAT-29 is still on track for june-july launch. There will be a second GSLV MK-2 launch this year but it will carry Chandraayan-2 not GSAT-7A. GSAT-7A is set for launch sometime next year.
As for PSLV isro has been very quiet on missions beyond C41 so no clue.

GSAT-11 dispatched from isro satellite center to ariane launch pad.
Source: https://www.isac.gov.in/flagoff-gsat-11.jsp
Eagerly awaiting this launch, the largest Indian made satellite. 5 tonnes, almost as compelling as a PSLV or GSLV launch. May be historic in the sense that it is possibly the last Indian satellite to be sent up by Arianespace.
