Reddit/ISRO page is showing a separate launch for Resourcesat-2A with C36.
Referand these are the pending foreign contracts for the current year:
MaxValier Germany 20Kg 2016
Venta-1 Germany 20Kg 2016
NLS-19 Canada 7Kg 2016
Pathfinder-1 USA 50Kg 2016
ALSAT-2B Algeria 120Kg 2016
ALSAT-1B Algeria 110Kg 2016
ALSAT-1N Algeria 7 Kg 2016
If so, ISRO has to accommodate all these on C35 & C36.

As of now, no. But the same site has mentioned EMISAT by PSLV in Q1 2017 and even on
sworld.comBy the way, EMISAT looks like ISRO's satellite. Please refer
Profile of an Embedded Systems Programmer in ISRO. Currently, it is an ongoing project in ISRO.

It seems the launch is now set for October (first week).
http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/deferred-gsat18-awaits-october-launch-at-kourou/article8829906.ece
The launch company, Arianespace, deferred the scheduled double-launch after Japan’s Superbird-8 spacecraft reportedly sustained damage.
Arianespace, which ISRO has contracted to put GSAT-18 into space, now has to find a suitable riding mate for the Indian spacecraft from among its other customers.
As of today on NSF Schedule:
October 3-9 2016 - NBN CO 1B (Sky Muster II), GSAT-18 - Ariane 5 ECA (VA231) - Kourou ELA-3

As GSAT-9 and "South Asia Sat" are planned at the same orbital location (48°E) for launch at the same period both with GSLV MkII, I tend to think there are two names for the same satellite.

A little be confused. When did reference to GSLV-D9 appear? Notice the change in the schedule, but not sure why?
Annual Reports and Outcome Budgets for ISRO refer to a GSLV-F08.
