US Ambassador to India Richard Verma during '2nd ORF Kalpana Chawla Annual Space Policy Dialogue' mentioned upcoming Google's satellite launch in April when speaking in context of recent launch of US satellites on PSLV. So Skysat-3 might be on on C34.
