Mission Readiness Meeting on M3:
1. Chairman requested to make the works faster as some activities are pending. There would be one more meeting to check the status. The launch date would be decided after that.
2. There is a possibility of launching C26 (planned in October) before M3.

According to Shar Director:
- By the 2nd week of October 2014: PSLV-C26 launch with IRNSS-1C
- In the 1st week of November 2014: launch of GSLV-MkIII (experimental)
- By the last week of December: launch of PSLV-C27 with IRNSS-1D

I guess PSLV-C26 would use First launch pad, and GSLVM3 would use the Second launch pad. But with the given timelines, is it feasible to have either of these pads ready for PSLV-C27 by last week of December? Or maybe there is a high chance that C27 will be postponed to Jan/Feb of next year?
