According to
ISRO chairman to-day, here is the program for FY 2014-15:
"The GSLV-Mark III experimental mission will be in April this year. [...]
According to him, the next fiscal (April 2014-March 2015) would see ISRO launching three IRNSS (Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System) satellites taking the total to four and be ready for usage.
He said ISRO will also launch French satellite SPOT-7 along with four small satellites using its other rocket Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV).

Isro chairman K Radhakrishnan confirmed that Germany has approached India for the launch of an 800-kg satellite, and the UK for three satellites weighing 300kg each. "There will be at least two dedicated commercial launches this year using PSLV," said Radhakrishnan. Isro scientists said earnings from such launches could more than double once GSLV is accepted globally as a reliable launch vehicle.

The 800kg satellite for Germany is EnMap
I am wondering if the 3 UK satellites of 300kg each could be the 3 UK-DMC3 built by SSTL

Antrix has signed new contracts. Here are the details (as mentioned by ISRO)
Feb 06, 2014
Antrix signs agreements for launching satellites from UK and Singapore on-board ISRO’s workhorse Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)
On 29th January 2014, Antrix Corporation Limited (Antrix), the commercial arm of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), signed Launch Services Agreement with DMC International Imaging (DMCii), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL), United Kingdom (UK), for launch of three DMC-3 Earth Observation Satellites being built by SSTL, on-board ISRO’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV).
On 5th February 2014, Antrix signed another Launch Services Agreement with ST Electronics (Satcom & Sensor Systems) Pte Ltd, Singapore, for launch of TeLEOS-1 Earth Observation Satellite, on-board PSLV.
These launches are planned during end 2014 to end 2015.

So the contract for PSLV launch for UK satellites which
I suspected on Jan 6 to be for 3 DMC3 satellites from SSTL has just been confirmed by ISRO.

Any possibility of launching IRNSS IC,ID and IE at same time? Anyway PSLV has reputation of launching multiple satellites at a time. We remember it launched 10 at a time previously

Team Indus, the only Indian entry into Google Lunar X Prize, last heard of drawing up launch contract with ISRO to buy PSLV launch for Lunar mission to accomplish soft-landing a robotic vehicle on the Moon, traveling 500 meters over the lunar surface and transmitting high-definition video to Earth.. This launch, if materializes, would happen sometime in 2015 therefore much before ISROs chandrayaan-2 mission.
Any news on that front?

.
No, due to PSLV launch mass capability constraint
