TBD Perurs-PM No. 1 Soyuz-2-1B Baikonur

"Perurs-PM"? What kind of satellite is this?

Or it might be just a garbled "Resurs-PM"?

2013
Date Satellite(s) Rocket/Upper stage Cosmodrome Time
March Soyuz TMA-08M (No. 708) Soyuz Baikonur
May Soyuz TMA-09M (No. 709) Soyuz Baikonur
September Soyuz TMA-10M (No. 710) Soyuz Baikonur
November Soyuz TMA-11M (No. 711) Soyuz Baikonur
etc.

So, no plans for introducing a 5th Soyuz mission per year in 2013?

TBD NEM-1 Proton-M Baikonur
2015

Are these 3 modules now funded or just "desires?" It sure would be nice to see the ISS further expanded.

There are plans. But I wait for more exact information. The last information that I heard is timeframe 2013-2014.

Are these 3 modules now funded or just "desires?"

It is desires for now, but with concrete years.

I was told, Yamal-300K will be launched in November 2011 separately from Telkom-3 satellite.

According to Novosti kosmonavtiki forum, the launch of three Swarm satellites is planned on September 14, 2012.

http://www.ilslaunch.com/2010-world-satellite-business-week

"ILS is proud to play an important role in fostering industry growth with new innovations such as KA-SAT for Eutelsat, the first satellite to operate exclusively in high-capacity Ka-band and SkyTerra-1 with its hybrid satellite and terrestrial 4G network services. Both of these satellites will launch this year on ILS Proton with SkyTerra-1 scheduled for November and KA-SAT in December. A Federal Proton Glonass mission will take place in November as well. The next launch for ILS Proton is the SIRIUS XM-5 mission for SIRIUS Satellite Radio on October 15. This will round up the year with 8 commercial missions and 4 Federal Missions for Proton. This in an exceptional launch pace for ILS and the commercial launch industry, McKenna said"
