Not sure if this hypersonic test failure from Hawaii on June 29 was listed elsewhere. Please move if needed. This was a Common Hypersonic Glide Body test.

"The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) had planned to launch the S-520-32 sounding rocket from the Uchinoura Space Observatory on Sunday, July 10, 2022, but due to the occurrence of an event that should be technically confirmed in the onboard observation instrument, it has been postponed.
A new launch date will be announced as soon as it is decided." -

Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency
The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) launched the sounding rocket S-520-RD1 from the Uchinoura Space Observatory on Sunday, July 24, 2022 as part of its "Fundamental Research on Fluids and Combustion for Hypersonic Flight."
The rocket flew normally and fell over the southeast sea of Uchinoura.

Rocket Models: S-520-RD1
Launch Time (Japan Standard Time): 05:00:00
Launch Upper and Lower Angles Maximum: 78.0°
Altitude: 168km (206 seconds after liftoff)
Landing Time: 412 seconds after launch
The weather at the time of launch was sunny, with a west-southwest wind of 0.7 m/s and a temperature of 23.5 degrees Celsius.
With this, the S-520-RD1 sounding rocket experiment will be completed.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all parties involved in the implementation of the launch of the S-520-RD1 sounding rocket."

The suborbital launch of S-520-32 should take place today (https://www.jaxa.jp/press/2022/07/20220725-1_j.html). The window is supposed to strech between 2pm and 3pm UTC according to that press release, with the live stream beginning at 1:30pm.
(Funny enough, the mission is also referred to as "S-520 F45", which is a huge jump from "S-520 F32", i.e. the launch of S-520-RD1. It's like they're making tracking this hard on purpose)

The rockets are likely flying out of order. Normally the production tail number matches the flight number.

RockSat-X Day 4 (first day scrubbed before countdown so third broadcast launch attempt)
Polling for terminal count.. T-15 minutes and holding. Standing by to release the hold. Tracking aircraft need 15 more minutes to clear the hazard area to their hold points. Green board per final poll. T-15 minutes and counting. Targeting 223-22:08:30.000Z. Liftoff at 223-22:08:32.000Z. Nominal flight with autophase radar tracking switched to manual mode. Payloads nominal. All experiments power off and LOS. Heatshield tracking. Parachute deployment phase. Splashdown.
Next Wallops launch AN 9pm ET on August 22nd with a TIM flying the Speed Demon mission. -
