There was another Black Brant-9 launch on Sep 30, this one from White Sands.
Info from NASA's Sounding Rockets Program Office:
36.320 US Terrier-Black Brant was launched from White Sands Missile Range, NM on September 30, 2019. Every few seconds, a small (approximately Earth sized) explosion occurs somewhere on the solar disk. These transition region explosive events are an example of magnetic reconnection, the same mechanism that is responsible for the much larger release of energy in solar flares. The purpose of the EUV Snapshot Imaging Spectrograph (ESIS) mission was to observe these events in enough detail to characterize the triggering of and release of magnetic energy.
The Principal Investigator is Dr. Charles Kankelborg/Montana State University.

The Determining Unknown yet Significant Traits, or DUST, experiment successfully launched at 11 a.m. EDT (9 a.m. MDT), October 7, from the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The Black Brant IX sounding rocket carried DUST to an altitude of 210 miles before descending by parachute for recovery. The science team reports that “Everything went perfectly.”

A Terrier Improved Malemute sounding rocket was launched from Andoya on Nov 26, carrying the ICI-payload (46.029IE).
Unfortunately, a roll rate anomaly was experienced, precluding the instruments from functioning as intended.

LRBM intercept by PAC-3CRI and NG IBCS radar systems test:
Should that be LRCM for Long Range Cruise Missile? There was a dual intercept around 11 November.

During the test, the PAC-3 anti-ballistic missile systems intercepted two tactical ballistic missile targets."
