The RockOn!/RockSat launch should be easier to get of the pad given it's a standard telemetry payload that doesn't rely on visual observations from ground sites (this is what keeps the TIM with the vapor experiments on the ground, the requirement to have a clear skies at one of the two ground observation sites).
