• ILS are going with a 9:05pm Eastern launch time....which is slightly earlier than first scheduled.

• That is a change as ILS on the 22nd had it at the later time. 9:05 pm East Coast is the right time now on their webcast, which hasn't started yet with 15 minutes to go! It is just the opening of the window, however.
