"Kazakhstan suddenly withdrew permission for the first-stage booster to fall within its borders."from Bangkok Post dated to-day
Strange, they've never had problems with it in the past. Is this just for this launch, or for all launches - if it affects all launches, there could be serious issues with anything launching from Baikonur.

Even for the Russian Government negotiations on drop zones were very difficult and here there is a smell of private money all around negotiation table...
Understood that Genesis I and Genesis II had been launched from Dombarovskiy since two and one year ago respectively. As the specific inclination of 65 degree, what should be the first stage drop zone area for Genesis cases? Seem like still in Kazas but different zone? If true, why not applicable for THEOS .. Just my wondering
As per Novosti kosmonavtiki forum, the next attempt of THEOS launch is planned in the end of September. Still from Dombarovskiy cosmodrome.
According to my source, the final launch date is October 1
Did it go?
