Discovery tow-back pictures

I got a couple sweet shots on the way home last night. I really had to resize and compress these to get under 100k. Chris, e-mail me if you want hi-res.

Wow.  That second one would make a great desktop wallpaper if it were higher res.  Nice pics!

Ah well, I'm at work now. The hi-res pics are at home. I'll send #2 to Chris and hopefully he can host it where you guys can pull it down in it's full glory.

That really is quite a surreal photo.  Something about the juxtaposition between orbiter and grass, men in suits with dangling cables against nature's majestic sky.

If that had been Discovery's last flight before retirement, no image would have conveyed it better than this one.

I totally agree with naito. I have the first hi-res pic of the tow, with the text, but would love to see a hi-res of that shot above! :)

We have the hi res image of the one provided on page one. Requests of different size photos on other sites has nothing to do with us.
