Is it me or there's some tension between Mission Control and the crew?

Offline Bubbinski

They're inserting the cufflink.  Edit: 2nd cufflink now installed.  Houston says it looks good, moving on to the third cufflink.
I'll even excitedly look forward to "flags and footprints" and suborbital missions. Just fly...somewhere.

It's you. If you heard a bit earlier, there were a lot of dropped comms from ISS to the crew, and that adds to a stress level.

They can eliminate cufflink 5 if they run out of time

We're looking at about 5 minutes until sunrise.

Installiing 3rd cufflink.  Edit: They got it in now.  Pam or Peggy said they were cheering on the flight deck every time he put it in the hole.  Scott will install the last 2 cufflinks and then address cufflink 1, dynamics is causing problems with that cufflink.

Its took bad that it takes so long to get out there.  Makes it unlikely the go head back to the airlock to replenish so they go be present when they try to deploy the array again.  Not sure now if they will have time to stay out for deploy.

Concern I think is time pressure... Want to make sure don't lose to much time...

Back here!

Scott had to push cufflink #1 towards the interior of the array, because the cable form memory was pulling it out of the array.

Scott: "maybe I can do something cheesy like this..." (hooks cufflink under remnants of protruding hinge wire to keep it from flying around)

Houston: "we like cheesy!!"

On with the next cufflink. Two to go.

Certainly the time pressure looms large for all.  Nevertheless, I don't think that equates to tension between the crew and the ground.
