wire is frayed. Lookes to me like its a cutting of the retrect guide wire they might need to do

Sounds like they are really at the limit with the reach of the arm - keep having to manipulate his position because the elbow is so stretched out

No, I think those were to be done, if time permitted, after the repairs (if you're referring to the PDGF and handrails in Harmony) Anyways, they went straight towards the SAW tasks.

The panels really jumped back to their usual position when he cut the wire.

He just bent the hinge wire to a 90º position.
