How much of a potential show-stopper do people think the SARJ issue could become?

Not really a "show stopper". They've already said if need be they'll halt the SARJ rotation at an optimum angle for power generation without losing too much overall power.

With P6 deployed they get enough power to limit the motion of the SARJ

Vibrations caused by the debris in the SARJ may cause damage in the long-term
