Did I catch that right?  The still camera Tani currently has is out of room?

"These filings are definitely NOT nominal, and there are lots and lots of them"

And yes, he ran out of memory when he was getting photos of the general area of the SARJ. But ground is telling him to switch to internal memory, he probably has a backup flash card.

Retrieving the camera to take more pics:

Paolo suggesting to go get the other camera and take pictures with that one, seeing the current one is giving Tani problems with the memory and the focus.

Scott getting his hands 'a bit uncomfortably too warm' because the worksite is very hot and he's not moving much.

Tani: "It's clear it's metal-to-metal scraping, and it's widespread."

They're using a velcro tape to pull off some of the filings.

I KNEW that bolt they lost during the P3/P4 install would come and cause trouble  :)

I don't think this has anything to do with that bolt, since this SARJ is S4's, not P4's.

Hate to go back into Star Wars mode (considering the station tends to resemble a TIE fighter at a distance), but:

"I have a bad feeling about this" (the shavings)

EDIT: I know it's too early to tell, but this is starting to sound like something they can't fix on orbit.  Since very few spare ISS parts were made (like Node X) I have to ask: just in case it can't be repaired on orbit, is there a spare 3/4 truss segment somewhere?

Sticky tape to take some samples (it wasn't velcro after all):
