I think it's the Mobile Transporter for the SSRMS, but I'm not entirely sure.

It's the cooling radiators. They move as well. Located on the truss.

That is the S1 thermal radiator rotary board onto which the three thermal radiators are mounted on. It rotates through the use of a Thermal Radiator Rotary Joint(TRRJ) to keep the radiators shaded and cool.

Actually the P1 thermal radiator rotary board. That's Harmony behind it, on the port side.

EDIT: speaking of the S1 radiators, EVA 2 (Sunday) will include a reconfig so that the ground can deploy the remaining S1 radiators on Monday.
