Good burn! No trim required.

TI burn complete. They showed the view from ISS but the plume went too fast for me to capture. (Even with my backup!)

Actually, it is only during rendezvous. For docking they rely on a sensor called the Trajectory Control Sensor(TCS) that is mounted on the External Airlock/Orbiter Docking System truss. They also use a set of hand-held laser ranging units.
