Wasn't there a similar problem found before the launch of STS-83 Columbia?

At a high level that was a fuel cell problem, as was the problem before STS-115, but there doesn't appear to be a relationship between them.

Wilson scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and english muffin

Nespoli oatmeal

Tani han, cheese, and pepper omelet with hash browns, slice of bacon and piece of sausage
