ET sep. Brilliant.

That's three launches, on the first attempt, in a row.

OMS 1 not required.

A little ahead of the webfeed: MECO and good ET sep!  (Did see some debris from the feedline area at sep.)

Lots of ice in ET sep from the feedlines, but probably not much of an issue, as usual.

Also saw the foam liberation event just before FES activation, going over the starbord wing. It appeared to me as quite a chunk, but late in the ascent.

Gorgeous launch, going through the clouds, should have some amazing images in the days to come!

Great launch!  I'm -supposed- to be taking a test on the computer, but switched to the 1.2mbps feed at T-5 minutes!  GREAT LAUNCH!

About the liberated foam... didn't it look like it came from an feedline ramp?

They made a msitake going in, zooming in sooo TIGHT on these shots that when it popped into the cluds for a few seconds they were completely baffled.  ZOOM OUT and you can see the damn thing coing out of the clouds, then that way you can follow it and track it!!!  Whoever was running these launch replays does NOT know what they're doing.  As soon as the clouds showed up they cut them off and switched to another one.  Aggrevating.

I really liked the last replay, but I didn't catch where it was taken from... I don't remember seeing it for other launches, even though it gives a different perspective of the shuttle after roll.

I counted at least 3 foam/ice liberation events after SRB sep (view from the ET cam).  None seemed to impact the orbiter.
