Miles O'Bien usually knows what he's talking about. Everyone else speaks as though they have a passing interest only, or were simply assigned the job that time around.

Less than 20 hours to go... Let's make some noise, people! Let the Discovery crew and mission team hear us shake their internet browsers!

Actually... I sort of want a delay... I'm going down there a week from Saturday for 11 days... anything pushing the launch back into that envelope would be fine with me. I like to shout "GO! BABY GO!" in person. ;) I'd also like to have my 4 year old daughter see a real launch.

I would love Saturday or Sunday myself so we could drive down and watch, however anytime it lifts off safely is a good time.

Getting very excited for tomorrow, ready for Lift-off.
Starship, Vulcan and Ariane 6 have all reached orbit.  New Glenn, well we are waiting!

I would love them launching on Thursday or Friday.  Thursday would be OK as I would get to see FD2 inspections (well, some of them...), and FD3 would land on Saturday, which is Rendezvous and Docking, the best part!  Friday would be best, because I could see them launch LIVE, and help bring coverage here at NASAspaceflight.  If you couldn't tell, I love giving that extra umph here at this site.  ;)  ;)

I love the orbital ballet that happens above us, and would always love to see that, and be a part of that here at NASAspaceflight.

Godspeed Discovery and she is going to leave her two sisters behind in their opf's.  Discovery is a great vehicle and I can't wait for tomorrow.  I hope Mike Leinbach gives a good wish to Discovery and her crew of seven as they head to the ISS.  Pam Melroy is going to be a great commander, and I hope she performs a good roll program after Discovery lifts off the pad.

Although I could argue that this thread is pointless....... I find myself unable to resist the urge to chime in and say GO Discovery!  Godspeed the crew of STS-120!
