Do we have a full - *updated* list of all windows, as it looks like times are changing?

From Spaceflight Now
http://www.spaceflightnow.com/shuttle/sts114/050805tankteam/

"The next available launch window, which originally opened Sept. 9, has shrunk to just four days, now opening Sept. 22 and closing Sept. 25, primarily because Discovery was delayed getting off on its current mission."

The list of launch windows is interesting, because it only covers September, November, January and March openings. Until very recently, STS-115 was scheduled for a February 2006 launch and, before that, a December 2005 launch - both of which are clearly outside of the launch windows you cite. What's happening there?

After STS-121 all Space Shuttles will be launched not only in lighted windows!... December 2005 and February 2006 are night launch windows!...
