According to http://www.federalspace.ru/PlanQuart.asp (in Russian), the delivery of SAR-Lupe 3 satellite to Plesetsk cosmodrome is scheduled for October 18th...

According to http://www.spacenews.ru/spacenews/live/full_news.asp?id=21974 (in Russian), the installation of SAR-Lupe 3 satellite onto Kosmos-3M rocket has been finished recently...

According to OHB press release http://www.ohb-system.de/gb/News/presse/0111_07.html the Satellite was successfully launched.

Also on board of the second stage of the Kosmos-3M carrier was a AIS (Automatic Identification System for ships) payload. This payload is a test for the AIS to be included on the second generation Orbcomm satellites, for which OHB is also the prime contractor.
