Anyone got a good tracker to see when and where?

Try the tracking page from "Human Spaceflight" first:

http://spaceflight1.nasa.gov/realdata/sightings/cities/index.cgi

You can enter by city, or Lat/Lon.

A Google for ISS Tracking will give other options.

www.heavens-above.com is by far the best site for satellite observing.

And if you are a little more into it, calsky.com.
