This thread? (http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=740) There is no mention of Soyuz crew assignments that I could see (going back to page 24). I am interested in what Sergei is up too, as well!

I´ve hoped, that we got some comments from Russian members, but it seems, that wasn´t a good idea.

Sergey Shamsutdinov has told on Novosti kosmonavtiki forum that he talked with Sergey Krikalyov recently... Krikalyov said that he is in RSC Energia's Cosmonaut Detachment, he has saved the flight status and he is going to perform the seventh spaceflight...

At first thanks to anik for the info.

But if the, in the Energya statement mentioned, S.K.Krikalev (48years) is the cosmonaut Sergey Krikalyov(what I think) then the things may have changed.

Olaf, Sergey Shamsutdinov has talked with Sergey Krikalyov after his appointment as RSC Energia's Vice-President on Manned Flights... And Krikalyov said that he is in RSC Energia's Cosmonaut Detachment even after this appointment...

The latest press release related to the next station crews includes Sergey as backup commander on EXP-17.
Might we expect him as commander on EXP-19?

According to http://www.energia.ru/eng/news/news-2007/news_08-06.html Krikalew is not listed as a vice-president. Did he loose his job after short time?

Is Sergei still commander of ISS-19, as he seems to have vanished from this list posted at CollectSpace.com?

Hallo and Merry Christmas.
According to http://www.novosti-kosmonavtiki.ru/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7323 , there was only a possibility, not more, that Krikalew would fly on Soyuz TMA17/ EC-20B.
