As I said elsewhere (https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=57867.msg2542568#msg2542568), there are actually *5* NOTAM zones, 2 distinct time windows and zones spreading both SSW and NW of Taiyuan SLC.
The alignment is so strange that it could only be fitted to one previous case, and that’s the US reported July 27, 2021
