The NOTAM for CZ-3B from Xichang, The drop is near on April 15, 2022/February 23, 2023, the payload might be Zhongxing-6E, the number might be Y94. (https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=57867.msg2531282#msg2531282)
