For this luanch? but drop zone is not the same, do you think which one? Gushenxing-1 or Lijian-1 or Kuaizhou-1A or Shuangquxiang-1? I guess Gusehnxing-1, because only YMMM NOTAM, Lijian-1 and Kuaizhou-1A has China NOTAM, then Shuangquxian-1 will be VCCF NOTAM. Previous GSX-1 patches/slogans were announced more than a month before launch.
Any Chinese solid vehicle may use the area, but none fits exactly.

In September this year, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the People's Hospital, a new satellite named after the People's Hospital will be added to the vast space - "Wuhan University People's Hospital Health" (Luojia 4-01). The world's first medical remote sensing satellite will use remote sensing technology to empower environmental health and smart medical research, integrate scientific and technological innovation to help a healthy China, and use remote sensing technology to explore new ways to serve people's health.
is the payload Luojia-4 01 (Wuhan Daxue Renmin Yiyuan Jiankang) 珞珈四号01(武汉大学人民医院健康号)? because this payload should be launched in September for 100th anniversary...

Took me some time to track this marine navigation warning down (https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=57867.msg2525157#msg2525157) but it looks like this launch is planned on September 21.

The marine navigation warning seems to be still active as of some hours ago, but I'm not sure by how long was the database updated.

I still can’t find any related news.
The Melbourne FIR NOTAM (F3038/23) related to this is still active with daily windows up to September 23.

So, possibly, a technical delay of some sort. Let's keep an eye for tomorrow.

At 12:59 on September 21, 2023, my country used the Ceres-1 (Yao-11) carrier rocket to launch the Jilin-1 Gaofen 04B satellite ("Lianxin Yingda-1" satellite) at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The rocket flew Abnormal, the launch mission failed. The specific reasons are being further analyzed and investigated.
The payload is Lianxin Yingda-1 (Jilin-1 Gaofen 04B) 联信盈达一号(吉林一号高分04B).

First Ceres 1 failure, during 10th launch after nearly three years of service.  First China orbital launch failure of year.  Bad week for rockets!  Hope there isn't a "rule of threes".

The video shows a break in the exhaust, then the exhaust goes orange, but then changes to white before petering out.

There's a brief orange flash at the first break, then thrust seems to continue until the orange outburst.  Then thrust ends and fragments appear.  I suppose this is a propulsion failure, but could alternative explanations involve an RCS failure, or even a fairing fail?

Where did the pieces fall? In particular, what was the disposition of the 4th stage or any other hydrazine / toxic components? Is Landspace Galactic Energy using a known 4th stage for Ceres-1?

All I have for the fourth stage is that it is a pressure fed liquid fueled stage with a main engine that works at 310 sec ISP, augmented or supported by smaller thrusters.  One site suggests thrusters of 25N, 200N, and 2000N.  Presumably hypergolic bipropellant.

Galactic Energy has concluded the failure investigations pretty quickly. (https://news.cnstock.com/news,bwkx-202310-5139264.htm)

* Liftoff was at 04:59:10 UTC
* Failure occurred at T+67.5 s when LV lost attitude control
* Control failure was blamed at abnormal burn-through in the 1st stage motor nozzle expansion section.
* Further investigation points to origin the the burn-through being improper drilling of screw holes in the nozzle expansion during manufacturing, causing flaws in the inner carbon fiber layers.
* Manufacturing procedures, requirements, operational training and QC will be improved.

Ceres-1 (Yao-11) launch vehicle flight failure passed zero review
Chenghe Power Aerospace Galaxy Power Aerospace 2023-10-24 10:41 Originated in Beijing

On October 23, 2023, Galaxy Power Aerospace Company organized and held a review meeting to zero out flight faults of the Ceres-1 (Yao-11) launch vehicle. After deliberation, the review team unanimously believed that: the problem has been accurately positioned, the mechanism is clear, the problem has been reproduced, the measures taken have been verified to be effective, and inferences have been made, it can be returned to zero.

On September 21, 2023, the Ceres-1 (Bi-11) carrier rocket carried out a commercial launch mission at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The rocket ignited and took off at 12:59:10. After about 67.50 seconds of flight, the rocket's attitude became unstable and the launch mission failed. After the mission failed, the company quickly established a zeroing working group to conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons for the failure and locate the fault. Through a large amount of work such as production process review, fault tree sorting, bottom event analysis, problem location and mechanism analysis, the cause of the fault was identified. and failure mechanism, and reproduced the problem through experiments.

The flight failure problem of the Ceres-1 (Yao-11) launch vehicle was located in the abnormal ablation of the expansion section of the first-stage engine nozzle. During the processing of the screw holes of the nozzle expansion section assembly, improper operation caused internal defects in the carbon cloth layer, resulting in abnormal ablation of the expansion section, which in turn led to an unstable first-level flight attitude. In response to the problem location, the company guided supporting production units to adopt a number of improvement measures such as improving process operating procedures, refining operating requirements, strengthening operating procedure training, and optimizing production process inspections to further enhance the quality control of the production process.

Aerospace is a high-investment and high-risk undertaking, and any neglect of quality will cause irreparable losses. Galaxy Power Aerospace Company will conscientiously implement improvement measures, steadily and reliably promote the follow-up go-around work, and further optimize the whole-process quality control, strengthen the supervision, feedback and tracking of quality issues in the external production process, and go deep into every production link to strictly control Every detail ensures that subsequent launch missions are flawless.
