Check out this animation released by CASC. The new sea launch vessel will support multiple launches in one sail, able to store 1 in hanger while another is at the launch position at the stern of the ship. A command ship, usually BEI HAI JIU, is accompanying to support the mission

It's less than 6km from the Smart Dragon manufacturing facility to Haiyang port which takes only 2 hours for the TEL to commute. The TEL is able to drive straight onto the launch vessel. The ship can then sail to the vast sea for launch.

Big news for sea launch! Haiyang has just launched the new ship to support more sea launches, including liquid fueled rockets.
