There are reports from tour operators that (https://9ifly.spacety.com/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=94084&pid=831127&fromuid=19646) 4 launches from Xichang...are expected in May-June.
After YG-30-08 launched it was reported that they plan for another 7 (!) LM-2C launches this year. They also reported that procedures are being simplified to compress launch processing flows starting with the launch campaign for YG-30-10, so at least two more such triplets are going up soon.
Maybe even more since tour operators at Xichang is reporting 2 launches per month there through to August. Next one there should be FY-4B.

Tianqi-10 series (https://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/tianqi-10.htm)
Tianqi-12 launched with Yaogan-30 Group 08.
Tianqi-14 launched with Yaogan-30 Group 09.
From the Yaogan-30 Group 09 launch thread:
Tianqi-14 was namend Jiaxing-1(嘉兴号)
According to this source http://www.3snews.net/smartcity/260000072347.html the next satellites of the constellation will be launched on July 21st (Ruijin-1;瑞金号) and September 20th (Yan'an-1;延安号)
If the pattern continues, a Tianqi satellite will launch with Yaogan-30 Group 10.
The launch would be on July 21, an apparently sufficient time to turn around the facilities after the launch of Tianhui-3 from Xichang (https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=54086.0).

For this launch?
<NOTAMs snipped>
The coordinates at the center of the 10km exclusion circle match the coordinates of XSLC.
The July 19 UTC launch time is 4 days "early" compared to the next-most recent launch date revealed. It may be a consequence of this:
Cross-posts:

The launch time listed by the NOTAMs lines up with Group 02 (2017-075).
-
chinaspaceflightfans.cn now lists launch time on July 19 as 08:16 BST (http://www.spaceflightfans.cn/event/long-march-2c-rocket-launch-yaogan30-10-satellite?instance_id=4921).
08:16 BST - 8 hours = 0016 UTC
Launch site at XSLC stated as LC-2. This would break the alternating cadence between use of LC-2 and LC-3 and would break the practice of using LC-3 for Yaogan-30 Group launches.
-
This is likely a typo as the previous launch from LC-2 was less then 2 weeks ago.

In this launch, the caps had a parachute system with which the different technologies for recovering the fairings are still being tested.
-
Notice the blue tarp on the fairing? Chinese official reports state that they are testing parachute recovery of the fairing again this time.
This is also the last of the YG-30 triplets "at this stage". Also on board is Tianqi-15 which will join its LEO comms/IoT constellation.

Source: Xinhua| 2021-07-19 09:29:54
XICHANG, July 19 (Xinhua) -- China successfully launched a new remote-sensing satellite group from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province at 8:19 a.m. Monday (Beijing Time).
The satellites were sent into orbit by a Long March-2C carrier rocket. This is the 10th group belonging to the Yaogan-30 family.
Also aboard was Tianqi-15, a satellite belonging to the Tianqi constellation.
Monday's launch was the 380th mission of the Long March rocket series.

This is the 10th group belonging to the Yaogan-30 family, and will survey the electromagnetic environment and verify relevant technologies by adopting multi-satellite network mode.
Also aboard was Tianqi-15, a satellite belonging to the Tianqi constellation, which will serve the Internet of Things data collection.
The Long March-2C carrier rocket, developed by the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, measures 43 meters in length and has a takeoff mass of 242 tonnes.
The rocket is capable of sending two tonnes of payloads to the solar synchronous orbit at an altitude of 500 km.
Monday's launch was the 380th mission of the Long March rocket series that also marked the conclusion of the launch of the Yaogan-30 family.
The Long March-2C has sent all 10 groups of Yaogan-30 satellites into orbit with high accuracy since September 2017, with a 100 percent launch success rate.
