Launch vehicle assembly at Xichang:
Someone visiting XSLC today noticed a rocket being stacked on pad 3 - not the usual CZ-3B but a CZ-2C! Local tour operators have noted the next launch there is "around May 7".
Perhaps it's for another batch of YG-30 triplets? :-\
CZ-2C !

We have this note from last October:
Interestingly according to the satellite manufacturer (China Academy of Sciences Shanghai Micro Satellite Engineering Center) Batch 07 is the final group of the YG-30 series (https://9ifly.spacety.com/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=93375&pid=772525&fromuid=19646)...

CZ-2C (Y47), according to Spaceflightfans.cn.
-
CZ-2C has launched from XSLC sats from the following series to date: YG-30, TC, SY, XJS and NS.
Another unlikely possibility is it could this one as only known CZ-2C listed in 2021 from XSLC LC3 though said to be the end of year:
2021
?? - CZ-2C - XSLC - SVOM (Space-based multi-band astronomical Variable Objects Monitor)

Cross-post:
There are reports from tour operators that (https://9ifly.spacety.com/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=94084&pid=831127&fromuid=19646) 4 launches from Xichang and 2 launches from Wenchang are expected in May-June.

China launches new remote-sensing satellites
Source: Xinhua | 2021-05-07 03:09:37 | Editor: huaxia
XICHANG, May 7 (Xinhua) -- China successfully sent a remote-sensing satellite group into orbit from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Friday.
Belonging to the Yaogan-30 family, the satellites were launched by a Long March-2C carrier rocket at 2:11 a.m. Beijing time.
The satellites will be used for electromagnetic environmental detection and related technological tests.
Also aboard was a satellite belonging to the Tianqi constellation. The satellite, Tianqi-12, will be used for data collection and transmission.
It was the 369th mission of the Long March rocket series. Enditem

08A, 08B & 08C pretty much in the same orbital plane as 01A, 01B & 01C
-
The group 08 satellites launched this time have been greatly improved in terms of lifespan and reliability.
source: http://www.microsate.com/xw/gzdt/202105/t20210507_6009818.html
-
It appears that the three new sats would not be contained between 01A and 01B in Plane 1 as it occured in Plane 5 earlier.
-
They are finishing their positioning in Plane 1. Three new satellites would be located 30° ahead of the three Group 01 birds.
So one should expect 16 more launches to complete the 6 planes by 12 satellites in plane constellation.
