I've read where the SLS boosters can't be stacked over one year or the fuel either will start to degrade or sag inside the segments.
Ok, How do solid ICBM's and sub launched missiles keep from degrading or sagging with long term silo, or long term submarine silo storage?
Is it one segment per stage? Or SSTO situation non-segmented?

Yes its the segmentation that differentiates the large segmented boosters from the ICBM/SLBMs which are multi-stage rockets. RSRMV has a single motor, combustion chamber, the weapons have more than one engine.
The stacked time limit is approx 12 months, the certified time limit is 5 years for horizontal storage.

ICBM's on land could lie horizontal before launching. The Tridents must be one segment per stage for long term storage in the sub's missile silos.
