Title: NASA Spaceflight Forum meta Q&A

I have a question about how to use this site. If I understand the Q&A rules right, I should post my question in the Q&A section, under a thread about my topic. I don't see a Q&A topic started about the forum itself, so I'm starting that topic here.

My question is; I have a project that I want to solicit people to help me work on. Is the forum an appropriate place to do that? (I'd like help actually building and designing things, not just help answering questions.)
