Can you please explain what is this?

From https://www.lieyunwang.com/archives/477128
"Lingkong Tianxing, a commercial hypersonic flight product developer, announced that it has completed a round of financing of more than 300 million yuan"
"From 2019 to 2022, conduct various key technology verifications through large-scale technology verification platform flights;
To achieve the first flight of a suborbital space tourism prototype in 2023, and conduct the first manned test flight of a suborbital space tourism vehicle in 2025;
The first global hypersonic aircraft will be flown in 2028, and the full-scale global hypersonic aircraft will be completed in 2030."

Here's a Chinese article I found from 2019. The image shows Tianxing II looks very different to Tianxing I, with much larger wings.
https://mil.news.sina.com.cn/jssd/2019-04-24/doc-ihvhiqax4713588.shtml
"Tianxing I and II are single-stage recyclable aircraft, vertical take-off, horizontal landing, with recovery and partial reuse capabilities. The II is an upgraded version of I, which has more capacity and lower cost. They are mainly for space science experiments and can be used as independent carriers for returnable suborbital flights, saving more than 60% in launch costs compared to traditional single-use modes.
Tianxing III is a recyclable launch vehicle, equipped with a secondary orbiting rocket on the basis of Skywalk II, into the launch market of small satellite networks and re-netting. By verifying mature first-level recovery and reuse technologies on Tianxing I/II, Tianxing III will be able to gain a cost advantage in the small satellite launch market in the future"

It looks like there have been two more flight tests:
https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/n9HDfb_dd1Wh61EvKyxvGg
From December 17th to 19th, 2021, Lingkong Tianxing successfully completed 2 missions! That is the 7th and 8th flight of the Skywalk series!
Unfortunately it doesn't specify neither the exact dates of the launches (but one on 17th and one on 19th could be a good guess looking at the phrasing) nor the spaceplane used. Does anyone have more sources about this?
