As the title, what NASA probes or future missions still need a rocket to launch them?

From the above presentation to the NASA Advisory Council- Human Exploration & Operations presentation:
Acquisitions in Work:
- GOES-T (Launch Service Task Order is already in work, so presumably the LV has been chosen but contract isn't yet finalized or announced)
Acquisitions not currently in Work:
- Restore-L
- IXPE
- Lucy
- Psyche
- Europa Clipper (Congress mandated to use SLS, so not likely to ever see an acquisition)
