The long delayed CFOSAT will be launched in Q3, 2018
An article appearing in Digitaljournal.com yesterday about CFOSAT.
http://www.digitaljournal.com/news/world/first-joint-france-china-satellite-to-study-oceans/article/505587 (http://www.digitaljournal.com/news/world/first-joint-france-china-satellite-to-study-oceans/article/505587)
"France and China's space agencies unveiled their first joint satellite in Beijing Friday, which will be used to improve forecasting of ocean storms and cyclones.
The satellite, named CFOSAT (China-France Oceanography Satellite), is due to be launched next year by China and will primarily be used to study wind and ocean wave patterns." (para 1 and 2)
The satellite will be placed into Earth's orbit in the second half of 2018 by a rocket from China's "Long March" programme. The project is scheduled to last three years." (last paragraph)
First Sino-French satellite joint venture. Has France and China collaborated in other spaceflight related joint venture before?

From Russian
Beijing, March 31 /Xinhua / -- developed by China and France Oceanographic satellite for ocean observations /China-France Oceanography Satellite, CFOSAT/ will be launched in September this year, the Chinese missile technology research Institute reported /CALT/.
CFOSAT will be launched into space on Board of the carrier rocket "Changzheng-2C" /lot a/, developed by CALT.
It is the first satellite jointly developed by China and France. He will observe the wind and waves on the surface of the ocean, and the data transmitted to them will be used by scientists from the two countries.
The satellite will contribute to the further development of technological cooperation between China and France. According to CALT, it is also called upon to contribute to the implementation of the Paris climate agreement.

Launch schedule for October 29, 2018.
From eoPortal Directory, https://directory.eoportal.org/web/eoportal/satellite-missions/c-missions/cfosat , given:
Orbit: Sun-synchronous near-circular orbit, altitude of 519 km, inclination = 97º, LTDN (Local Time on Descending Node) = 7:00 hours, the revisit time is 13 days.
Can the approximate launch time be computed?

If I understand correctly, Tiange-1 is a (gravitational wave) payload on the Zhaojin-1 sat.
Does Tiange-1 eventually separate from Zhaojin-1? If not, then it shouldn't be listed as a separate payload in Satori's list.
Satori, you previously gave TY-1 03 as another name for Zhaojin-1. Perhaps you can add that name to your list.

""China-France Marine satellite launch success" October 29 8:43, our country in the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center with the Long March second C launch vehicle successfully launched the Sino-French marine satellite. China-France Ocean satellite is the first satellite developed by the two countries, will be mainly used for marine dynamic environment Monitoring, the first time to achieve synchronous observation of sea breeze and waves. The Chinese side is responsible for providing satellite platforms, sea breeze observation loads and emission measurements, and the French side is responsible for providing ocean wave observation loads and sharing satellite detection data. I think we both agree the name is 天启 ?
The issue is not translation (the translation appears to be "Revelation" or something like that) but transliteration - how
do you spell 天启 in the Latin alphabet? The standard pinyin appears to be 'tianqi' but that's not necessarily unique and there are other conversion systems which are not necessarily better or worse.

Xiaoxiang No.1 02 Star TY1-02 is a laser communication new technology verification satellite jointly developed by Tianyi Research Institute and commercial aerospace field startup company Shenzhen Hangxing Optical Network Space Technology Co., Ltd. (LaserFleet). The company plans to use hundreds of satellites to build a laser communication network in space in the future to provide high-speed Internet access for civil aircraft. As the first technical verification star of this program, this satellite will carry out a series of basic technical verification to lay the foundation for the follow-up work.
Xinghe TY1-03 is a new remote sensing technology satellite. It is jointly developed by Tianyi Research Institute and Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., and the two sides will build a global and minute-level updated image data network consisting of 192 satellites. The satellite is the first star of the new remote sensing technology of the constellation and will explore a series of commercial services.
Changsha High-tech TY4-01 is an amateur radio satellite independently developed by Tianyi Research Institute. This satellite is mainly loaded with amateur radio payload developed by amateur radio enthusiasts. It is planned to conduct on-orbit ground communication test for amateur radio enthusiasts. At the same time, the satellite will verify the next-generation satellite platform independently deployed by Tianyi Research Institute.
Tongchuan No.1 TY4-02 is the first verification test satellite of the “Tiange Plan”. It is an astronomical exploration satellite jointly developed by Tianyi Research Institute and Tsinghua University Astrophysics Center and Tongchuan City of Shaanxi Province. This satellite, as the first verification star of the Tiange plan, will lay the foundation for the development of the subsequent Tiange plan. At the same time, the star is equipped with a new type of high-sensitivity X-ray polarization detector to carry out a new astronomical observation test. In addition, the satellite will also verify the inter-satellite communication technology and conduct a natural-ground link test with the satellite ground station of Shaanxi Xingyi Space Technology Co., Ltd.

Tongchuan No.1 TY4-02 is the first verification test satellite of the “Tiange Plan”.
And (based on the link in Chinese) that is indeed NOT the same characters: 天格 vs 天启 (Tiange not Tianqi)
Also, Tianqi is from Guodian Gaokeji YG, while the Tiange Project is Tianyi/Tsingua/Tongchuan, so different
players. I conclude that Tiange and Tianqi are unrelated names. ("Tian" is a very common element of Chinese
space names like Tianzhou, Tiangong etc because it means 'Celestial' or thereabouts...)

Tongchuan patch says gamma-ray mission, but SpaceTy announcement says X-ray. Which is correct?
Gamma-ray.
Actually the definitions are a bit blurry. The paper http://astro.xmu.edu.cn/__local/4/CE/12/307BD23E7942F52FF007549F1CE_C458FACB_22D1AF.pdf?e=.pdf
says the energy range is 10 to 2000 keV. The boundary between 'hard X-ray' and 'gamma ray' I would
put somewhere around 100 keV. Others might put it higher (perhaps even 1000 keV = 1 MeV) but certainly GRO/BATSE, arguably the classic gamma ray burst
detector, operated in a 20-500 keV energy range, so on that basis it would be traditional to refer to this mission
as a gamma-ray one.
