The construction of Tiangong Space Station kicked off: Tianzhou-4 swearing-in meeting! Graphical Assembly Process
Recently, the Xichang Satellite Launch Center held the "Space Station Construction and Tianzhou-4 Mission Pledge Mobilization Conference".
A few days ago, Tianzhou-2 has been controlled to re-enter the earth's atmosphere, leaving the forward docking port of the Tianhe core module, and the crew of Shenzhou 13 will return to Earth soon. This will mean that the "key technology verification phase" of the Tiangong space station is coming to an end, and the Tianzhou-4 mission will kick off the "on-orbit assembly and construction phase" of the Tiangong space station.
Tianzhou-4 will be launched on the Long March 7 Yao-5 carrier rocket at the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Hainan, and its corresponding supply mission is the Shenzhou 14 flight crew. The No. 4 will fly from the rear docking port of the Tianhe core module to the forward docking port to prepare for the arrival of Tianzhou-4.
We will complete the on-orbit assembly and construction of the Tiangong space station in the remaining 9 months of this year. There will be a total of 6 launches. The launch sequence is as follows:
1. Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft/Long March-7 Yao-5 carrier rocket, launch site: Wenchang Space Launch Site;
2. Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft/Long March 2F Yao 14 carrier rocket, launch site: Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center;
3. Wentian experimental module I/Long March 5B remote three thrust launch vehicles, launch site: Wenchang Space Launch Site;
4. Mengtian experimental module II/Long March 5B Yao four thrust launch vehicles, launch site: Wenchang Space Launch Site;
5. Tianzhou 5 cargo spacecraft/Long March 7 Yao 6 carrier rocket, launch site: Wenchang Space Launch Site;
6. Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft/Long March 2F Yao 15 launch vehicle, launch site: Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.
It can be seen that Wenchang Space Launch Site has undertaken 4 of these missions. At present, the high-density launch business capability of a new generation of carrier rockets has been formed here. 16 major space launch missions, including the lunar sampling return probe and the Tianwen-1 Mars probe.
Wenchang Space Launch Site is known as "China's Planetary Exploration Homeport" and "China's New Homeport for Lunar Exploration". In the future, it will expand the launch capacity of heavy-duty launch vehicles and become the "Manned Lunar Exploration Homeport".
The CZ-7 and Tianzhou-4 has shipped to Qinglan by Xu Yang 16 and will be launched in May 10.
