I am no Physicist, in face I do not even have a job. :'(
I have Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified with traits of Aspergers Syndrome, Learning Difficulties, Epilepsy and Mental Health Issues.
However I am Obsessed with Physics almost as much as I am Obsessed with Computers. However though I may be good at science, computing and technology, my maths is rubbish, as I have a learning difficulty called "Dyscalculia", an example of this is the fact that I only learnt to divide this year at the age of 28.
I Would Like to propose an idea that I believe explains Dark matter and Dark Energy. Obviously I need to get in contact with a Physicist to debate the mathematics vs conceptual side of this idea.
Dark Energy
Energy is everywhere, and can not be created or destroyed but it can be converted. That is what we believe.
So let us take Potential Energy for a moment, (forgive me for a moment I am going of on a tangent but this is necessary as you will see later)
According to M Field Theory in the world of strings we also have membranes, and membrane is a open ended string that has stretched and expanded to a size bigger then that of our universe.
Well if this is true a membrane must contain potential energy, this means a string must also contain potential energy. We can prove this by taking a rubber band and stretching it till it snaps, when it does snap energy is converted to sound and momentum as the elastic band makes a noise and hits your hand. "Ouch"
So the same thing must happen to a membrane, rather then two membranes hitting in to each other, as thought, what if they reach a level of saturation in potential energy wear they can not take any more and snap, the result is the same as the elastic band. Since the energy is something like a googleplex to the power 1 goggle the result is much more powerful.
The sound of the rubber band snapping equates to the big bang
The Momentum produced as the rubber band hits you in the hand equates to expansion
So lets look at Cause and Effect, for an effect to occur there must be a cause, and for a cause to occur there must be energy. Force is an effect, not a cause. the driving energy behind force is Dark Energy.
Since Energy exists at every point in our universe, Dark Energy is always present at every point in our universe.
Entanglement applies because just like an electron has a Entangled partner somewhere, so does energy.
If you have Matter you must have Anti-Matter, and the ratio can only be 1:1. This applies to energy.
For all the energy that we can see there is an equal amount of entangled energy we can not see. This is Dark Energy, and is what keeps Quantum Pressure at a constant. This is why electrons orbit a nucleus.
The Nucleus of the atom is made of protons and neutrons, each particle has an opposite charge, but outside of the earth what is charge ?
charge is Quantum Pressure, it either goes in one direction or the other, and if Quantum Pressure is going forward through matter, then it always goes backward through Anti-Matter.
Along the same principal if "Visible Energy", (Energy tat we can convert and in the process perceive an affect), exists, then "Dark Energy" has to exist.
From a mathematical stand point this is like balancing an equation in Algebraic, Quantum Mechanics is proven, and though we don't understand it fluently and there are lots of questions to ask ask regarding Quantum Mechanics, we know that the quantum world is unpredictable.
If their is an unpredictable surface to the universe there must be a surface that has structure. This surface that has structure is our universe, the world of the very big and "The Strong Nuclear Force" The surface that is unpredictable is the Quantum World a the home of "THe Weak Nuclear Force".
According to Geometry this obviously implies that there is an area between the two surfaces. Since we already have Structure and Unpredictability we must have neutral (or calm).
Just as the eye of a hurricane is calm this area would be completely calm and absent of activity on any scale.
This would be (to coin a phrase from star trek) Sub Space.
If this is true, then the entire universe only exists of less then 10 percent visible structure the rest is Dark Matter.
Please send in your replies to this as I would be delighted to collaborate with some physicists on this idea.
This is only one theory I have regarding physics. I would be delighted to post some more of my Theories regarding physics.

I saw a post relating to dark matter and dark energy on this website, that is how I fond it.
I also believe that understanding "dark Energy" would allow for such technologies such as "Cloaking Devices, Quantum Transportation" and Replication Devices
I do feel that with the advances in Quantum Computing, all that is needed is a level of understanding of Quantum Mechanics and Physics to unable us to develop the Devices for such Quantum Computers, to run, send and process data and operations on.
