The contract was signed in Xichang on Oct 17th following the successful launch of APStar-9 earlier that day.

"Successful launch of Apstar-9 on October 17 at 0:16 [..] On the same day, CASC and APT signed at Xichang the in-orbit delivery contract for the Apstar-6C communications satellite; Apstar-6C is scheduled for launch in 2018 by CZ-3B"

合同價格:
亞太6C衛星的在軌交付以及承包商根據衛星合同提供服務所涉及之總合同價格(「合
同價格」)為180,000,000美元,須由亞太通信按以下時間表支付予承包商:
(a) 首筆款項5,400,000美元(即合同價格之3%)須於生效日期起計7日內支付;
(b) 158,400,000美元須於衛星建造期間在每個適用的里程碑完成時直至發射亞太
6C衛星為止(包括該日)支付;及
(c) 餘款16,200,000美元須於在軌交付後30日內支付。
交付:
承包商須按照衛星合同內之交付日程交付衛星控制中心、基本頻帶子系統及動態
衛星模擬器。承包商須促成於二零一八年三月十五日或之前發射亞太6C衛星以及
於二零一八年五月一日或之前在軌交付亞太6C衛星。
如亞太6C衛星沒有根據交付日程於交付日期或根據衛星合同可能調整之其他日期
交付以作地面交付,在下列條件規限下,承包商同意向亞太通信支付算定損害賠
償,金額就首90日延遲內的每日延遲支付由50,000美元起逐步增加至90,000美元以
及就第91日延遲起的每日延遲支付120,000美元。於延遲首三十(30)日或以下,承包
商毋須向亞太通信支付算定損害賠償,惟倘延遲三十一(31)日或以上,則須按總延
遲日數支付算定損害賠償總額。

Interesting to see an AN-124 delivering in the PRC. I hadn't noticed this before.
