set time launch turksat 4b

Launch time seems to have changed again to 20:40:57 UTC. :P
According to Russian reports this launch has slipped to October 16 at 20:40 UTC - some say this is related to Turkish President Erdogan heading for Baikonur to see this launch. ;)
Are the serial numbers of the Proton and the Briz known?Proton-M: № 93556
Was the debris at launch on this picture above normal? There is usually some off to the sides but that's the most I remember seeing on the 'front' side that faces that camera. The ILS guy hesitated a second until it cleared the cloud to say liftoff.

S/C separation was 19 seconds early (same as for Inmarsat-5F2 and Inmarsat-5F3)
At the space-track.com website, I can't find the object 2015-060C/40986 in 357 x 21677 km x 49.36° (Briz-M APT). Instead I found 2015-060C/40986 in 9170 x 35759 km x 13.07°. Hmm... What does that mean?
Comparing with Turksat 4A elements, 60C early sets are a transfer orbit for the whole stage/payload stack and there are no elements yet for the tank.Well, according to Khrunichev the expected orbit for Briz-M APT was to be:
