Hypothetically if Atlas V wasn't available for missions such as InSight & Mars Rover 2020 how difficult would these missions be to swap to Delta IV?
How much time & expense would there be nuclear certificating Delta IV?
What versions of Delta would you need to achieve the two missions mentioned above and would there be any positives to moving them to Delta?

2020 would require a Heavy and Insight would require a Medium 4,2.
Not that difficult, except 2020 would lose at the GSE and processes done for MSL.
