A social responsibility report from a trade company - China Satellite, which is a subsidiary of CASIC, disclosed that solid progress has been made for the Kenya remote sensing satellite program, but there was no further information on this program.

I read that the deal isn't really a firm one yet, just that the Chinese are in negotiations with Kenya for one.  :P
