I feel that this is a hopeless request, but is there any further breakup of the Russian space budget besides the top level figure? I'm curious as to how much space operations, development and science costs for them. I know a few years ago GLONASS was a significant portion (maybe a third to a quarter) of the overall budget- but now that it has full coverage, I assume that's gone down a bit.
All I can find, is articles like http://www.spacenews.com/article/civil-space/35638russia-boosting-space-budget-to-surpass-china-equal-europe (http://www.spacenews.com/article/civil-space/35638russia-boosting-space-budget-to-surpass-china-equal-europe), which
claims that the Russian top level budget is now $7.9b a year, and I have trouble understanding where it goes.
