Title: L2 Orbital (OSC) Section

New L2 Section for Orbital (OSC) now live.

Section covers all vehicles, such as Pegasus, etc. Mainly designed for L2 Level Antares/Cygnus mission coverage, as worked so well for ORB-D etc.

New section, so will grow, but already very good.

Chris,

hate it when I miss a new section, so many thanks for notifying about this (and hope you'll continue to do that for all new L1 & L2 sections).

Chris I 2nd the observation. It's easy to miss a new section so I appreciate it when you make the announcement like this. -Thanks
