I just found this on the BBC's website travel pages.
http://www.bbc.com/travel/video/one-day-in/20120913-peeking-into-russias-star-city (http://www.bbc.com/travel/video/one-day-in/20120913-peeking-into-russias-star-city)
When I tried to play the video it said:
This content doesn't seem to be working try again later. If the BBC gets this working, would someone please post so I know when to go back and look?

It works for me now. (In the U.S. using Chrome)

I do not have any problems. Try updating your Adobe Flash software, Java and your Browser and that should eliminate or at least reduce the list of potential causes significantly.

It worked for me now with no changes in settings or software updates. The BBC must have fixed the issues I ran into.
From the video I can see some of the cool toys Russia has at Star City. Good Stuff.

Only works with Chrome for me.
Sad production like the BBC only reads the PowerPoint's.
