Separation of Briz-KM with the three spacecraft is expected at 2328:09UTC.

There will be two burns of Briz-KM before spacecraft separation. First burn takes place from 2328:15UTC to 2337:44UTC. Second burn takes place from 0037:24UTC to 0038:17UTC.

According to http://www.gonets.ru/showNews10.html, two Gonets-D1 and three Gonets-M satellites are currently working in Gonets-D1M communication system.
Three Gonets-M satellites (12, 13, 15) were launched into one orbital plane. The next three Gonets-M satellites (14, 16, 17) will be launched into another orbital plane. At first, there will be four orbital planes in Gonets-D1M system with three satellites in each.

Rockot Launches 3 Russian Gonets-D1M Satellites Successfully
On September 11, 2013 at 23.23 hrs UTC, a Rockot launcher successfully deployed 3 Russian government Gonets-D1M satellites into an orbit of about 1500 km altitude and 82.5 degrees inclination from the designated Rockot launch site Plesetsk Cosmodrome.
This was the eighth launch of a Rockot with the Breeze-KM upper stage for the Russian government (“Federal Launch”) since 2005 and the second such launch of a Rockot in 2013.
In addition, Eurockot has performed a total of 10 launches of Earth observation, scientific and communication satellites for international customers since and will continue with the simultaneous launch of the three Swarm spacecraft for the European Space Agency (ESA) scheduled for November 2013.

It looks like only the second contract for Rokot transportation was executed.
The tender was placed on 8th June 2012
Order placed on 12th July 2012
Number 15 was launched as part of the previous blok, on 28th July 2012
The contract for this blok’s Rokot transportation was completed 27th December 2012.

They should't have one since the satellites are for a civil company.
