New ISC Kosmotras documents were released in July 2013 on the Dnepr ILV Program and Dnepr SHM configurations.

There is no thread for general Dnepr discussion (anik, are you reading ?  ;D), so I will use this one...

I have found an interesting serial number on this picture :

Do you think it is the same number for Dnepr launcher and 15F183 and upper part ?

The Ukrainian minister of science recently stated that there are only 16 remaining Dneprs for use as satellite launchers.

It means that there are 16 RS-20B rockets. But there are many RS-20V rockets, which can be converted to Dnepr rockets too. Problems are only government's wish and money.

Former director of Kosmotras enterprise Vladimir Andreev has told in 2010 that they can use about 70 RS-20B/RS-20V rockets till 2027 (http://www.militarynews.ru/excl.asp?ex=78)
